In everyday life, breathing is often a simple act which supports survival. While this is certainly the most important aspect of a simple act that we carry out throughout our lives, the benefits of mindful breathing are unknown to many. Breathing management practices are obviously very ancient and used in the most diverse fields: Health, Sports, Artistic, Spiritual, Religious and more. Many names have been associated with breath modification techniques, and all produce excellent results in every variant from Apnea to Zen. Mindful breathing supervised by a trained counselor is a personalized experience to manage instant by instant the processes that the client's body and mind manifest for self-healing in unpredictable ways. We strive for a the kind of breathing that is repressed by everyday resistances in the name of a legitimate, but erroneous, defense in the present from past experiences.
